A proposal, set against the South Africa launch.

Steven's Bishopscourt residence is being considered as a flagship home of the South Africa launch of South Africa | Forbes Global Properties, and of the trophy property campaign that frames it.

The launch is structured in two phases. The first is an international and local media rollout commencing 1 July 2026. The second is a private launch event in Cape Town in November 2026, attended by Forbes Global Properties leadership and a curated circle of media, clients, and industry figures within the Forbes ecosystem.

Steven's level of personal association with the residence is, throughout, a matter of his preference. The editorial direction is tailored accordingly.

02 · The Launch
On 1 July 2026, Forbes Global Properties arrives in South Africa.

From 1 July 2026, South Africa | Forbes Global Properties launches publicly as the exclusive real estate partner of Forbes in South Africa. Forbes Africa is currently in conversation regarding a parallel collaboration.

Alignment with South Africa | Forbes Global Properties, and with the international editorial ecosystem around it, generates targeted global awareness within the ultra-high-net-worth markets a residence of this calibre is positioned for: international principals, luxury homeowners, global buyers, and the business and lifestyle figures within the Forbes orbit.

Cape Town is the international anchor of South African luxury residential. Bishopscourt is known for its established residential character and architectural restraint. Steven's residence, by its setting, craftsmanship, and provenance, sits naturally within the framework of the launch.

03 · Phase One

International and local media, July through November.

Phase One is a phased and ongoing rollout, not a single release. International placement is led by Forbes Global Properties. Local placement is led by a specialist luxury communications agency being appointed for the South African market. The rhythm is paced to compound attention across the campaign window rather than dissipate it.

A coordinated launch press release on 1 July 2026, positioning South Africa | Forbes Global Properties internationally and locally, with the flagship homes of the launch referenced editorially.

04 · The Residence
A flagship home of the launch, on Steven's terms.

The residence is proposed as one of South Africa's most exceptional homes within an international luxury property framework, and as one of the flagship residences associated with the launch.

Steven's level of personal association with the residence and its narrative is, throughout, at his discretion. The three options below are a starting frame rather than a fixed choice.

The editorial features Steven directly. His story, his voice, and his association with the residence become part of the narrative.

Partial association
The residence is featured editorially. Steven is referenced obliquely, with the level of identification agreed in advance for each piece of content. The narrative leans toward the house and its architecture, rather than the owner.

Fully anonymous
The residence is presented without any reference to Steven. The narrative is led entirely by the architecture, setting, and craftsmanship. No image or line of copy identifies the owner.
05 · Phase Two

The physical launch event.

The physical launch event takes place in Cape Town in November 2026, separately from the July media launch and as its in-person counterpart. It is a curated, by-invitation evening, attended by Forbes Global Properties leadership and a small audience of clients, media, and industry figures aligned with the Forbes ecosystem.

Steven's residence is proposed as the setting. His level of personal involvement, from co-hosting through to a quiet attendance or none at all, remains a matter of his preference. Format, scale, and operating detail are open and will be developed and shared collaboratively with him and his team closer to the date.

06 · Distribution and Exposure

The residence is being considered for inclusion within the South Africa | Forbes Global Properties launch and the trophy property campaign that frames it.
